With all the diplomatic guests and prominent people who had been invited to State House function, it was a great surprise for president Uhuru Kenya to meet and have a chat with Singer Jaguar.
No one had to remind Jaguar that this was a serious function and a dress code was important, so he came dressed in a suit.
