It seems like Senegalese US based singer Akon is pretty serious about his stuff.
After visiting the country over a week and a half ago, many people were left disappointed that he did not get to perform to his fans. Akon is coming back for a concert scheduled for December 11 at the Carnivore restaurant
“This concert will also sum up as the official launch of his Lighting up Kibera project. The kenyan government is also involved hence Nairobians can look forward to a subsidised entrance fee for it,” a Statehouse source confirmed.
Unlike other past concerts which fetch a rather large entrance fee, this one will be affordable to a majority of Kenyans.
