Bungoma senator Otieno Kjwang is dead following a cardiac arrest. Kajwang had a heart attack and was immediately rushed to matter hospital where he was pronounced dead on arrival.
The news has shocked many especially the people of Homabay who looked unto him for leadership and representation.
Otieno Kajwang is famously know for his Bado Mapambano Lyrics, which he enjoyed singing during political meetings.
Kajwang studied law in Makerere University in Uganda and later joined the Kenya School of Law. He was first elected into parliament back in 1997 where he served as Mbita MP until 2013 when he vied and won the Homabay senatorial seat.
He died at the age of 55 years.
