This past weekend, the arboretum was the venue to be for one of the most exciting events of the year, the Koroga festival.
Koroga festival which is swahili word for Mix was a fun filled family affair with thrilling performances by Atemi, Amileena, Chris Adwar and not forgetting the scintillating Simphiwe Dana, a Xhosa Singer and song-writer from South Africa.
Simphiwe incase you are not aware is hailed as the ‘new Miriam Makeba’ due to her unique combination of Jazz, Afro-soul, Rap and Traditional music.
