What is The Name of This Suit?

Not sure where exactly this photo was taken but it seems to have been a funeral or some other event in a village somewhere in kenya. What's funny is that this guy just decided to copy some western classic suit or just thought of his own design and had it tailored. whatever the case this is just hilarious.
