Gor Mahia Unveils a New Coach

Kenya' most popular football club Gor Mahia has unveiled a new coach.  Frank Nuttall will become the best paid Kenyan Premier League (KPL) tactician. The Scott will be paid a salary of Sh600,000 per month for the three months he will be at Gor Mahia, meaning he will earn Sh1.8million in three months.

This is Sh50,000 more than what former coach Bobby Williamson was earning at the club. The six-figure salary puts Nuttall at the top of the pecking order, dwarfing what his AFC Leopards counterpart Pietier De Jongh earns - Sh350,000 per month. Other high-earning coaches in the KPL are Francis Kimanzi (Sh350,000) and Sam Timbe (Sh400,000). But Nuttall will have to work for every penny he earns. He said at his unveiling he is ready for the pressure.
