This is Bad: Barclays Bank Kisumu Customers are Now Sitting on The Floor

Barclays bank is one of the oldest banks i the country. But despite it’s age and huge experience in the banking industry, the bank is failing in the way it treats its customers.

One example is their Kisumu branch which is disorganized with customers standing for long periods while others sit on the floor. I wouldn’t want to be their PR guy right now. This is not good.
