Member of Parliament for Juja constituency , Francis Munyua is on the spot after he allegedly threatened to kill a 23-year-old lady who refused to terminate his pregnancy.
The member of parliament allegedly sent 20,000 bob to the lady through the Mpesa and instructed her to get an abotion for the pregnancy he is responsible of.
The lady refused to do so and what followed were death threats through a call she received from someone claimed to be Mungiki and has been sent by Muheshimiwa.

Martha Wanjiru decided to take the matter to Kasarani police station after she feared for her life.
She told Star Newspaper that she is due in January,2015 and is determined to have the Mp take care of the baby.
This is the second time in less than six months that the member of parliament is being caught in a sex scandal.
Earlier this year, a lady reported an SMS sex assault case against the Mp at Ruriru police station but the case is still pending.
