Amanhunt has been launched by Police in Nairobi for a matatu crew who allegedly pushed a female college student to her death from a moving vehicle on Wednesday along Thika Superhighway.
According to Police, the suspects who left the student from Nairobi Institute of Business Studies (NIBS) on the busy road and fled, have since gone into hiding.
Through a post on social media, Police on Thursday said they have already impounded the matatu that was involved in the incident for inspection and other procedures according to the law.
if it werent for a good samaritan who rushed the girl to hospital then posted on social media, it would have probably gone unoticed as such incident have become too common in recent days.
unfortunately the girl died on arrival at the hospital.
Police have asked the resident to be calm as they look for the suspects and bring them to justice.
