A postmortem report reveals the cause of death of Nairobi University lecturer's son



On Thursday evening a postmortem report revealed that Emmanuel Inyama died due to stomach ulcers. The pathologist Peter Ndegwa said that the boy was obese weighing 100kg and that he had stomach ulcers that could have been as a result of stress.



Emmanuel's body was found wrapped in a yellow stripped brown blanket in the living room of their house in South B. The reports contradicts what the mother told the police. The mother said that the boy stopped breathing and fell to the ground last Saturday.
