Yesterday was the onset of KCPE exams country wide. Pupils were expected to start their math paper in the morning. For some it was not a good day as did their exams in maternity wards.
In Ahero Kisumu county a pupil gave birth yesterday and was forced to do her exams in the hospital. It is reported that she is in perfect condition to do her papers.
Another student from Kapyego primary school developed labor pains while sitting for her math paper. She was rushed to Kapyego health center. Reports show that she is fine and will continue with her exams while in hospital.
There were other pupils who underwent labor pains a few hours to KCPE exams from the county of Bomet, Narok and Nakuru. Fortunately all of them gave birth and they were in good condition to do their exams in hospital.
