No expiry date for data bundles! Safaricom ends this practice.



 Safaricom CEO Michael Joseph has announced that there will be no more expiry date on data bundles. He said that the company has reviewed its customers feedback, products and services to come to that decision.

"We have reviewed all of our products and services, looked at the many customer touch points, and examined the customer feedback surveys, good and bad, about how we serve you," he said

"Today we are making a commitment to being simple, transparent and honest," added Joseph.

He has also promised that customers will be served within five minutes after they have lodged a complaint.

This move comes after the chairperson for ICT Association of Kenya and lawyer Adrian moved to court on Tuesday to sue Safaricom, Airtel and Telkom for deactivating Kenyans unused data bundles.
