A magistrate declares Hannah Inyama not fit to stand trial

A Nairobi University Lecturer Hannah Inyama who was found with a dead body of her son was declared unfit to stand trial. The Makadara Chief Magistrate Heston Nyagah stated that the woman was not in her right state of mind hence she could not understand the charges.

Hannah was released to her parents and put on medication. She was also required to report to the police station every Friday. The matter will be mentioned on December 3.
