For the longest time, Kenyan cells have been known to be dirty, ill equipped and a place of torture for those arrested.
But for the first time in the history of the country, the suspects placed under custody at Umoja Police Post are set to enjoy their favorite television series. This is after the Embakasi West MP, George Theuri, constructed a modern police post using the Constituency Development Fund.
The new cell blocks are also clean and well furnished as evident in the video below; take a look.
