The Candy n Candy Records CEO, Joe Kariuki, has decided to join politics. The super rich CEO confirmed that he will be vying for the Lang’ata parliamentary seat.
Kariuki who is one of the country's top producers seems serious in his quest for the seat and has already started a local youth group youth dubbed “Langa’ta People’s Centre” (LPC) whose main objectives is to empower the youth in a bid improve their trading skills.
Starting off his campaigns a week ago, Mr. Kariuki led more than a thousand youth in planting trees in Madaraka and its environs.
