Actress Eunice Wambui popularly known as 'Nyasuguta' in the comedy show Vitimbi has finally revealed why she bleached her skin.
UNlike Vera Sidika who did it to get more 'business' Nyasuguta did it to cover the scars she got from an accident.
During a recent interview at Citizen TV, she said that the scars affected her skin pigmentation making her have more than one color on her face. She said that the wisest thing at the time was to bleach her skin.
“I was involved in an accident in 2013. I got dented on the face. The dent was lighter than other parts of my face, consequently making me look like a person who has two facial complexions in one,” She disclosed.
“I saw it wise to bleach so that my face gets an even skin tone. Actually it is my mum who encouraged me. Imagine a celebrity walking in the streets of Nairobi with dents all over her face; what will people think of her?” The actress said.
When she was featured in local blogs some time back after she appeared on churchill show, many people thought she did it just to look good.
Nyasuguta says she didn't want to do it but she was forced by circumstances.
