Kisumu Deputy Governor

currently the talk of town for the well known ‘Notorious’ cult ‘team Mafisi’
Ruth was addressing a public function in Kisumu while in a over-sized mother’s
dress but caught the attention of the team mafisi was that her ‘big thing’
could barely fit in the Maxi dress.
