Martha Karua filed a complaint to British Airways management after losing a luggage

Martha Karua filed a complaint to the British airways management after losing her bag. She claimed that a staff member asked her to leave her handbag claiming it was too big for the cabin.

She was travelling from Edinburgh to Nairobi. She said she has on many occasion traveled to Edinburgh with her handbag and going with it to the cabin without any problem.

She asserts that there were so many other passengers with the same size of bag that were allowed to go with them to the cabin.

She said this was an act of discrimination against her.  She claims to have attended an important meeting in Addis Ababa without the necessary documents which were supposedly in her bag.

She demands the airline company to pay her damages for her loss.
